How to request a refund

Opened products
Opened bottles are eligible for refund. We want you to actually try the product.

Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or incorrect items
Contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo. We'll replace the item or refund you in full — no return needed.
